How is On-Site Partners different from hiring an in-house sales team?

You get experienced new-home sales professionals on day one, without the recruiting cycle, the W-2 overhead, the benefits load, or the turnover risk. You also get our entire technology stack, our process, and our brand backing included. And because our model is performance-driven, your cost is variable — it scales with your sales, not your payroll. Hiring in-house gets you one person; partnering with us gets you a system.

What about my current sales team?

If you have agents you trust and want to keep, we'll do everything we can to make that work. Many builder partnerships evolve rather than replace. We can integrate your existing team into our systems, structure, and marketing engine while filling gaps where needed. The goal is the best possible outcome for your community, and that sometimes means keeping great people who already know your product.

What kind of builders do you work with?

We work with small to mid-sized regional builders, whether you're selling an entire community, scattered inventory homes, or preparing for your first new neighborhood launch. Our systems scale to fit your project.

Do your agents work exclusively for one builder?

Yes. Our agents are assigned to one builder and one community at a time. They operate as an extension of your team, learn your product inside and out, and follow your process, not a generic sales pitch.

How are your agents trained?

Every agent representing a builder must complete our in-house new home sales training, developed and led by leadership with over 20 years of builder sales experience. Ongoing coaching and oversight ensures quality and consistency across every community we serve.

Can you help me price and position my homes?

Absolutely. We provide market-based pricing guidance, floorplan mix strategy, and help determine which features to include or offer as options, all based on local comps and buyer behavior.

What about scattered lots or spec homes?

We handle those too. While our specialty is full community sales, we regularly list and market inventory homes for builders with no model home presence.

What marketing do you provide?

Our partnership with Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate | Paracle gives you access to in-house marketing support for brochures, signage, social media, and campaigns. We also promote homes internally to our large network of agents before they ever hit the MLS.

Do you have enough agents to staff new communities?

Yes. With hundreds of agents within Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate | Paracle and a builder-specific training requirement, we maintain a pipeline of qualified professionals ready to launch and support new builder clients as communities come online.

What does your cost structure look like?

Our costs are likely not much different from what you're currently paying, and in many cases, more predictable. We typically work on a per-home basis tied to performance, so your investment scales with results. Term, structure, and scope are tailored to each partnership and worked out in the discovery call.

Where do you operate?

We currently serve builders throughout the greater Charlotte region and surrounding areas. Our brokerage has brick-and-mortar locations throughout the Carolinas to support growth.
